SOLARA, founded in 2019, is considered one of the leading organizations engaged in the field of solar energy in Armenia, which has adopted a strategy to develop the green economy. The company’s success story began with the rich experience of LA SOLAR GROUP, founded in the USA in 2011. Today, SOLARA is its strategic partner in Armenia.

Later, the LA SOLAR Factory was established in the “Alliance” free economic zone, which began to deal with solar photovoltaic panels produced from high-quality Mono-PERC type crystals. In 2022, the production volume of the factory increased from 90 MW to 350 MW. Premium class panels are certified according to international standards, and the products have CE and UL certificates.

With the joint efforts of LA SOLAR Group and SOLARA, many projects and investment programs have been and continue to be implemented. In 2022, the TESLA ENERGY electric car showroom was opened, with a service center and EV CHARGER charging stations. All models of Tesla electric cars and their spare parts are available in the car showroom.

With another successful program, in 2021, FORMAL began to produce aluminum and metal-plastic doors and windows on a large scale: slide, bi-fold type doors, windows, in the colors preferred by the consumer, which are obtained by using anodizing and powder coating technologies.

Among the investment projects, the CONSTAL aluminum extrusion factory is next. In November 2022, it is planned to finish the equipping process. Aluminum frames and parts will be produced.
