The Company was established in May 2008 under the name RGS ARMENIA. In December 2022 the name of Company was changed to LIGA INSURANCE Closed Joint Stock Company. In December 2011, the Company, the first among the companies operating in the Armenian insurance market, received a certificate of compliance with ISO 9001: 2008 from the world-famous Moody International, which indicates the high reliability and stability of the company, customer focus and high quality of services. Currently, the company has the latest ISO 9001: 2015 certificate. In addition, in 2018 the Company received ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certificate from TUV, which testifies to the effectiveness of information security risk management.
