The Bank was established as a closed joint stock company under the name Midland Armenia Bank J.S.C. in 1996 and was renamed “HSBC Bank Armenia” CJSC in 1999. In December 2024 the Bank became a wholly owned subsidiary of Ardshinbank CJSC and was renamed to Ardshinivestbank CJSC.

Currently the Bank provides a full range of banking services to retail and corporate customers including deposits, loans, credit and debit cards, as well as business loans and trade finance services.  In its operations the Bank puts strong emphasis on sustainability and corporate social responsibility striving to be secure, reliable counterpart for its customers and the community it operates in.
