Launching the Nairian Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Scholarship
This year, Nairi introduced the Nairian Tuition Reimbursement Scholarship, designed to cover full tuition fees for select university students. The scholarship is part of the company’s goal to bring more young professionals into the financial sector and make the industry more appealing for students considering their career paths.
The scholarship has been established through partnerships with three Armenian universities: Yerevan State University (YSU), Armenia State University of Economics (ASEU), and the French University in Armenia Foundation. Two students from each university who achieve high scores but still fall under the tuition-paying category will benefit from the scholarship. A tripartite agreement with YSU and ASEU has been signed, highlighting a collaborative approach. Nairi’s initiatives are also supported by the Koreez Educational Foundation, marking the second year of their partnership in educational initiatives.
Fostering Collaboration with Educational Institutions
Nairi’s collaboration with Koreez Ed Tech is an integral part of the scholarship programme. To qualify, YSU and ASEU students must also be Koreez programme graduates, ensuring a consistent and focused approach to student development. The company also places emphasis on maintaining high academic standards, expecting recipients to show substantial progress in their annual exams.
Supporting Professional Development Beyond the Classroom
Education isn’t related to formal academics at Nairi. The company also focuses on continuous professional development, providing team members with opportunities to build new skills and stay current with industry trends. This year, Nairi became the Gold partner of the Matena International School of Leadership and Professional Development gala, where they celebrated quality education initiatives and highlighted the importance of lifelong learning.
