DataArt Armenia: Highlights from Spring Events and New Initiatives

ABBC member DataArt Armenia’s spring season featured tech events, a new Bangalore office, community support, and IT education initiatives.

DataArt Armenia Global Expansion and Strengthening Local Partnerships

This spring, DataArt Armenia made several key strides in both business development and community engagement. One of the most significant updates was the announcement of a new research and development office in Bangalore, India. The Bangalore team will collaborate with DataArt’s other global offices to ensure the company continues to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions across a variety of industries. This expansion reinforces DataArt’s commitment to fostering innovation through internationally distributed teams.

In addition to its global growth, DataArt Armenia was actively involved in fostering business relationships within the local community. By hosting various business unions at its Armenian office, the company helped facilitate meaningful connections and foster lasting partnerships. These initiatives not only boosted local networking but also underscored DataArt’s role as a key player in the Armenian tech landscape.

Supporting Migrants and Promoting IT Education

Another noteworthy initiative was DataArt’s partnership with the HUME Foundation. Together, they organized several networking events aimed at individuals seeking jobs in the IT sector, as well as those restarting their careers after emigration. The HUME Foundation focuses on supporting Russian and Ukrainian migrants who have relocated and are looking for opportunities to re-establish their careers. Through these events, DataArt demonstrated its dedication to helping displaced individuals reintegrate into the workforce.

DataArt Armenia also made significant contributions to the growth of IT education in the country. This spring, they welcomed Teen Innovators Initiative students, offering them a two-hour professional workshop. Additionally, DataArt continued its tradition of hosting workshops for students from the Armenian State University of Economics. In line with their educational efforts, they proudly announced the launch of a new IT school. This school offers a free two-month IT course, available both online and offline, aimed at equipping students with essential skills for the industry.

The company’s commitment to community involvement extended beyond business and education. DataArt actively participated in a tree-planting initiative, emphasizing its dedication to environmental responsibility. Their volleyball team also brought home a victory, winning the championship at the Vcup tournament—a testament to the vibrant and engaged culture within the company. As DataArt Armenia looks ahead, more exciting initiatives are expected to follow, continuing their positive impact on both the local and global stages.
