ARMBROK Launches Initial Public Offering (IPO) for TEL-CELL OJSC Shares

Armbrok, as the exclusive underwriter, has launched the subscription for shares of Tel-Cell OJSC with a total value exceeding AMD 1.5 billion, priced at AMD 400 per share. The IPO was started on September 18 and will continue until November 30, 2024. After the offering, a listing request will be filed with the Armenia Stock Exchange to ensure fair pricing and liquidity of the shares in the secondary market.

We are confident that Telcell’s share placement will be successful and hope that it will also enhance financial literacy among the public.”
