Annual General Assembly 2024

On 21 March, 2024, the Armenian British Business Chamber – ABBC, held its Annual General Assembly, specifically to allow the representatives of the member companies to network, review the Chamber’s achievements of 2023, and learn more about the 2024 upcoming projects and initiatives.

The assembly was opened with welcome speeches from ABBC President of the Board of Directors, Aram Pinajyan, and ABBC Honorary Board Director and Deputy Head of Mission of British Embassy Yerevan, Paul Morris. Following the welcomes, the ABBC Executive Director, Irina Chobanyan, presented the past year’s overview, achievements, and 2024 plans.

Another important point of the Annual General Assembly was the election of one representative from the member companies to join the ABBC Board of Directors’. As a result, Lilit Shmavonyan, from EFES Insurance, got re-elected to the ABBC 2023-2025 Board of Directors, through an anonymous voting process.

ABBC would like to thank all the participants for their active contribution in the Chamber’s governance, British Embassy Yerevan and HM Ambassador to Armenia, Mr. John Gallagher, for continuous support and active engagement with ABBC community, and of course, our event partners: Pernod Ricard Armenia, Coca-Cola HBC, O2 Bar and Café.
