ABBC Launches its UK Representation Programme

Within the spirit of further developing the economic and trade ties between Armenia and the UK and with a specific goal of expanding ABBC representation into the UK market, the Chamber recently launched a cooperation with ABBC members in the United Kingdom. Some of the core roles and responsibilities assigned to ABBC-UK representatives will include:

• Help in raising awareness of ABBC and its member companies while attending events or involved in other professional opportunities within the UK business environment.
• Recruitment of UK based companies into ABBC membership, creating an ABBC UK representation
• Identification of potential business development opportunities in the UK for ABBC member companies: investments, cooperation, trade, etc.;
• Representation of the Chamber within the UK business community and government officials (upon need);
• Advisory to Armenian businesses who plan to or are in the process of expanding into UK market;
• Connection of the UK companies who plan to or are in the process of expanding into Armenian market with ABBC office in Armenia;

As this new role within ABBC continues to grow and expand in its functions, the Chamber will welcome any suggestions in in regard to your company’s needs when working with the UK market. We are excited to introduce to you the current ABBC UK representatives, who, in the future, will be elected or re-elected in line with the ABBC Board of Directors’ election, with a 2-year term.

 

Ms Arpine Manukyan

Founding and Executive Director of 30CPAM, with core expertise in food production, food export and distribution to the UK, Middle East, Europe & CIS. Arpine will be your go to contact for any inquiries in the UK market, while actively working on gathering a network of businesses in the UK to join ABBC and create a truly bilateral environment within the Chamber
